Social Services

A full time social worker is on staff to assist with the admitting process and transportation services. She is available to coordinate "at home" services, counsel participants in dealing with life changes, grief and loss. Our social worker is an advocate for all participants, serving as a liaison between other community services.

Ways to encourage your loved one to try Day Care.

• Your doctor recommends that you not be home alone.
• I worry about you being alone while I'm at work.
• They'll help you with your medications.
• They can arrange transportation to and from your Doctor.
• You can meet people your own age who share common interests and abilities.
